Join us for a reading with four award-winning poets   Patricia Fargnoli is the author several volumes of poetry, including of Duties of the Spirit and Then, Something. She was Poet Laureate of New Hampshire from late 2006 to early 2009. She  won the 2005 Jane Kenyon Award for Outstanding Poetry and the 1999 May Swenson Poetry Award, judged by Mary Oliver.  Jan Freeman has written Simon Says (nominated for the National Book Critics Circle Award), Hyena, and Autumn Sequence. She was a finalist for the 2009 Four Ways Books Larry Levis Prize. She is the executive editor of Paris Press, a very fine small press specializing in lesser-known but stylistically innovative works by women. Tim Mayo has published widely in literary magazines such as The Atlanta Review, The Chrysalis Reader, and the Rose and Thorn, among others.  His recently-released first collection is The Kingdom of Possibilities, which was a semi-finalist for the 2009  Brittingham and Pollock awards and a finalist for the 2009 May Swenson Award. Penelope Scambly Schott's volumes include A Is for Anne: Mistress Hutchinson Disturbs the Universe, which won the Oregon Book Prize for Poetry in 2008, as well as Baiting the Void, and Almost Learning to Live in This World, among several others. Her soon-to-be-released collection is called Six Lips. She's a recipient of  the 2004 Turning Point Poetry Prize and the Orphic Prize.
