Psychologist Sharon Saline provides practical advice for parents to help an ADHD child stay on track and focused in coping with school and everyday demands. Her approach is to help parents understand the actual experience of their ADHD child, and to engage the child as a partner in the process of change.  Drawing on her experience of more than 25 years of working with young people and their families, she provides useful exercises and techniques  to  help ADHD children improve their experience and performance at school, home, and in the world at large.

Sharon Saline, Psy.D, is a clinical psychologist specializing in ADHD, learning disabilities and mental health issues and their effects on children, teens and families. In lectures, workshops, and trainings, she addresses such topics as the teen brain, differences in learning styles, and bullying prevention. She has a private practice in Northampton.
